James and Anna are excellent hosts. The flat is in perfect location to city center and beaches, very clean and cosy. Highly recommended.

Free WiFi, free parking. We stayed in flat 5 which has the most amazing views in paignton. Room was very nice and equipped well recommend for the cost

We had a really good few days staying here. James is a fab host. He communicated well with us and was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was well kitted out and was so handy for the beach and town. Helped by the good weather we had. It is a great base for excursions out. We visited different coves and beaches. A steam train and ferry ride. All in All a comfortable and good value for money stay. Thanks so much.

We stayed in apartment 5 from 17th July to 24th July 2021. It is the best apartment we have stayed in and lovely seaviews. The current owners have recently refurbished it and purchased a very large bed that will divide into 2 singles. It was so comfortable. The separate kitchen was well equipped. They have also supplied a large flat screen TV. We couldn't fault anything. The apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Anna and James, with the assistance of Jane were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and ensure we had all we needed. We hope to return and would not hesitate in recommending to others. Thank you all for a great stay!

The apartment is a lovely space, we were sold on the location and were certainly not disappointed. Ideally located opposite the harbour and close to Torquay, Perfect for two people and clean throughout. Great communication from James and his wife who are always there to help. A very enjoyable visit.

The flat was really good, clean, and with all the equipment we needed. The seafront was literally 3 minutes walking distance from the flat. James was super nice and made sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this flat.
