Getting Here & Building Access

Front entrance: 7 external steps from the front car park to the main door (handrails on both sides).
No lift onsite. -
Rear route: Level / step-free entry available to Apartments 7 and 8 via the rear entrance.
The front car park sits one flight above this rear level. -
Corridors: Approx. 115 cm wide in communal areas (85 cm minimum within apartments).
Carpet flooring throughout except bathrooms and kitchens, which have vinyl.
Lighting is motion-activated in hallways; apartments use wall switches and lamps. -
Rear entrance: Also provides access to the shared outdoor smoking area, rinse hose, and bins.
Parking & Arrival

One free parking space per apartment (vehicle length ≤ 5 m) located at the front of the building.

For step-free arrival, guests staying in Apartments 7 or 8 should arrange to be met at the rear entrance.
(No guest parking at rear; rear area is for bins, washing line, rinse hose, and smoking area.)

Assistance & Policies

Assistance dogs / service animals: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate assistance animals due to our no-pet policy. The common internal corridors and building access makes this unavoidable due to us having many guests with animal allergies stay with us regularly for this reason alone.

Smoking: No smoking indoors; designated outdoor smoking area at the rear with table and chairs.
