Welcome to Apartment 1 at Glencoe Holiday Apartments. It is a sea-front studio with bay windows and free parking. This apartment is set in the heart of the English Riviera. You can enjoy panoramic sea views from the bay windows. This apartment offers relaxed coastal living. It is just a short stroll from Paignton’s beach, harbour, and main attractions.

Notice:Torbay Council’s planned sea-defense works along Paignton seafront (Sept 2025 – expected 2027) will involve temporary hoarding on Paignton Green. Construction activity may detract from our usual stunning sea views.The extent of the sea views after completion is presently unknown.

Inside you’ll find:

  • Comfortable double bed and small double sofabed (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children)
  • Dining area in the bay window overlooking the sea
  • Fully equipped kitchen – oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster, pans, utensils, crockery & glassware
  • Bathroom with built-in shower (no bath)
  • All bedding provided (please bring your own towels unless arranged in advance)
  • Free Wi-Fi (details shown inside the apartment)
  • Electricity supplied via a £1 coin meter (pre-topped up before arrival)

📦 Equipment & Facilities Summary

This apartment is thoughtfully equipped to make your self-catering stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. You’ll find everything you need to cook, dine, and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cookware, utensils, and tableware. You’ll also have practical home comforts like a TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Additionally, all essential cleaning supplies are provided.

For added convenience, there’s a washing line at the rear of the property. A rear rinsing area is available for washing off sand after a day on the beach. Recycling bins are also provided, and a designated outdoor smoking area is available at the back of the building.

James & Anna live on site. If you ever need assistance during your stay, we’re nearby. We’re happy to help with anything that will make your visit more enjoyable.

🚗 Parking & Access

  • Free private parking for one vehicle up to 5m in length (labeled Glencoe) directly outside on the seafront.
  • 7 steps from the front car park to the main entrance with handrails both sides.
  • Apartment 1 is on the entrance level once inside — easy access, no internal stairs.

🔑 Arrival & Check-In

James & Anna will aim to meet and greet guests on arrival. Please let us know your estimated arrival time before your stay.
If we will not be able to meet you personally, self check-in information will be sent to you in advance.

We aim to have all apartments ready by 3 pm on your arrival day.
If we know you’re arriving early, we’ll do our best to have your apartment ready sooner.
We also try to allow early or late parking on your arrival or departure day, whenever space allows.
