Welcome to Apartment 3 at Glencoe Holiday Apartments. This is a two-bedroom apartment with free parking. It is set within our charming seafront building in the heart of Paignton. This peaceful rear-facing apartment is located just across from the beach, harbour, and main attractions. It offers a quiet retreat after a day exploring the English Riviera.

Inside you’ll find:

  • Double bedroom with wardrobe, drawer unit, and bedside cabinets
  • Single bedroom with bed, bedside table (with lamp on top), and storage shelf
  • Living room with double sofabed, dining table, and TV
  • Separate fully equipped kitchen — oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster, pans, utensils, crockery & glassware
  • Bathroom with built-in shower (no bath)
  • All bedding provided (please bring your own towels unless arranged in advance)
  • Free Wi-Fi (details shown inside the apartment)
  • Electricity supplied via a £1 coin meter (pre-topped up before arrival)

📦 Equipment & Facilities Summary

Apartment 3 includes everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. The kitchen is stocked with all essential cookware, utensils, and tableware. You’ll also find a TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Cleaning products and supplies are provided.

For added convenience, there’s a washing line at the rear of the property. There is also a rinsing area used for rinsing off sand after a day on the beach. Recycling bins are also provided, and a designated outdoor smoking area is available at the back of the building.

James & Anna live on-site and are always happy to help make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

  • Free private parking for one vehicle up to 5m in length (labeled Glencoe) directly outside on the seafront.
  • Access via 7 steps from the front car park to the main entrance (handrails both sides)
  • Apartment 3 is located one flight of stairs above the main entrance — follow the corridor forward and around to the right

🔑 Arrival & Check-In

James & Anna will aim to meet and greet guests on arrival. Please let us know your estimated arrival time before your stay.
If we are unable to meet you personally, self-check-in information will be sent to you in advance.

We aim to have all apartments ready by 3 pm on your arrival day.
If you’re arriving early, we’ll do our best to have your apartment ready sooner.
We also try to allow early or late parking on your arrival or departure day, whenever space allows.
