Welcome to Apartment 4 at Glencoe Holiday Apartments. This studio apartment is light and comfortable with free parking. It offers a peaceful stay just moments from Paignton’s seafront. You will also be close to all the attractions of the English Riviera. Apartment 4 is perfect for couples or solo travellers. It combines coastal charm with the convenience of a modern open-plan kitchen. Enjoy relaxed self-catering comfort.

📦 Equipment & Facilities Summary

This apartment is thoughtfully equipped to make your self-catering stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. You’ll find a modern open-plan kitchen with an oven, hob, and microwave. It also includes a fridge with a freezer box, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils, crockery, and glassware.

You’ll also have practical home comforts. These include a TV and DVD player. You will also find a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. There are essential cleaning supplies as well.

For added convenience, there’s a washing line at the rear of the property. There is a rinsing area for washing off sand after a day on the beach. Recycling bins are available. There is also a designated outdoor smoking area.

James & Anna live on site and are always happy to assist if you need anything during your stay.

🚗 Parking & Access

Free parking for one vehicle up to 5m in length (labeled Glencoe) directly outside on the seafront.

There are 7 steps from the front car park to the main entrance (handrails on both sides).
From the main door, go up one flight of stairs – Apartment 4 is the first door on the right.
Rear access (for bins and outdoor smoking area) is one flight down from the main entrance.

🔑 Arrival & Check-In

James & Anna will aim to meet and greet guests on arrival. Please let us know your estimated arrival time before your stay.
If we will not be able to meet you personally, self check-in information will be sent to you in advance.

We aim to have all apartments ready by 3 pm on your arrival day.
If we know you’re arriving early, we’ll do our best to have your apartment ready sooner.
We also try to allow early or late parking on your arrival or departure day, whenever space allows.

Standard checkout time: 9 am
