Shared amenities include a rear rinsing hose for washing off sand, recycling bins, and an outdoor smoking area.
James & Anna live on site and are always nearby if you need assistance.

Free private parking for one vehicle up to 5m in length (labeled Glencoe) directly outside on the seafront
Access: 7 steps from front car park to main entrance (handrails both sides)
Apartment 5: on the third floor, two flights of stairs up from the Main entrance
Rear access: available via three flights of stairs from the ground-floor rear door

🔑 Arrival & Check-In

James and Anna aim to meet and greet guests on arrival. Please confirm your estimated arrival time before your stay.
If a personal welcome isn’t possible, self check-in instructions will be sent in advance.

Apartments are ready by 3 pm on arrival day.
Early/late parking is usually possible when space allows.

Checkout time: 9 am
