Welcome to Apartment 7 at Glencoe Holiday Apartments. It is a comfortable apartment featuring a modern open-plan kitchen within the living area qith free front parking.
The apartment is set below car-park level from the front (around 1.3 m), which allows for convenient step-free rear access. Please note that the front windows have limited views due to the retaining wall outside.

Inside you’ll find:

  • Double Bedroom with Superking Bed (or 2 Singles on request)
  • Double Sofabed in the living room (sleeps 2)
  • Modern open-plan kitchen and dining area with table & four chairs
  • Separate bathroom with shower cubicle (small step to enter) & no Bath
  • Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering holidays
  • All bedding provided (please bring towels unless arranged in advance)
  • Free Wi-Fi (details shown inside the apartment)
  • Electricity supplied via £1 coin meter – pre-topped before arrival; top-up as needed

📦 Equipment & Facilities Summary

Apartment 7 is equipped for comfortable self-catering. You’ll find everything needed to cook, dine and unwind:

Modern Kitchen: fridge with freezer box, cooker (oven, grill & 4 hobs), and microwave. It also includes a toaster, kettle, cookware, and utensils. There are crockery, cutlery, glasses, and cleaning supplies.

Living Area: TV (with remote), DVD player, dining table & 4 chairs, sofabed, and wall clock.

Bedroom: Superking or Twin beds on request, wardrobe, drawers, hairdryer, mirror, bedside lamp and fan.

Modern Bathroom: shower cubicle, hand soap, bath mat and starter toilet rolls.

Additional Items: iron & ironing board, clothes airer.

Outdoor rear facilities are as follows:

  • Recycling and general waste bins are provided at the rear of the building.
  • Outdoor rinsing area available for washing off sand after beach days.
  • Shared outdoor washing line for general laundry use.
  • Designated smoking area located at the rear.

James & Anna live on site and are happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
They also aim to meet and greet guests personally whenever possible.


🚗 Parking & Access

  • Free private parking for one vehicle up to 5m in length (labeled Glencoe) directly outside on the seafront.
  • Access from carpark: 7 steps from the front car park to the main entrance with handrails on both sides. Then down 1 flight of steps to ground floor.
  • Rear Access: Apartment 7 can also be accessed via the rear entrance. This entrance is step-free and leads to the rear courtyard. The courtyard leads to the rear of the building. This is where the smoking area, bins, a washing line, and the rinse area are located.
  • Step Free check-in: Guests requiring step-free check-in must contact us beforehand, so we can arrange and advise accordingly. Once checked in you may use the rear entrance freely.

🔑 Arrival & Check-In

James and Anna aim to meet and greet guests on arrival. Please let us know your estimated arrival time before your stay.
If we will not be able to meet you personally, self check-in information will be sent to you in advance.

We aim to have all apartments ready by 3 pm on your arrival day.
If we know you’re arriving early, we’ll do our best to have your apartment ready sooner.
We also try to allow early or late parking on your arrival or departure day, whenever space allows.

Standard checkout time: 9 am
