Welcome to Apartment 8 at Glencoe Holiday Apartments. It is a comfortable studio apartment. The apartment overlooks the rear courtyard area. There is free front parking.
Ideal for couples or solo travellers. This apartment provides convenient step-free access from the rear. It also includes free private parking right on Paignton’s seafront. From the rear, access is step-free; from the front, it is down one flight of stairs from the car park front entrance.

Shower cubicle with step, hand soap, bath mat, and starter toilet rolls.

Iron & ironing board, clothes airer, heater, cleaning basket, and spare bin liners.
Outdoor rear facilities are as follows:
- Recycling and general waste bins are provided at the rear of the building.
- Outdoor rinsing area available for washing off sand after beach days.
- Shared outdoor washing line for general laundry use.
- Designated smoking area located at the rear.
James & Anna live on site and are happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
They also aim to meet and greet guests personally whenever possible.
🚗 Parking & Access
- Free private parking for one vehicle up to 5m in length (labeled Glencoe) directly outside on the seafront.
- Access from car park: 7 steps to the main entrance with handrails on both sides. Then down 1 flight of stairs to the ground floor.
- Apartment 8 location: From the main entrance, go down one flight of stairs. Rear building entrance is right next to the apartments front door, so step-free entry from the rear.
- Step-Free Rear Access: Guests requiring step-free check-in must contact us (01803 557727) before arrival. This ensures it can be arranged in advance.
Once checked in, guests may use the rear entrance freely at any time during their stay. - The rear courtyard provides access to the washing line, bins, rinse area, and outdoor smoking area.

🔑 Arrival & Check-In
We aim to meet and greet guests on arrival. Please let us know your estimated arrival time before your stay.
If we will not be able to meet you personally, self-check-in information will be sent to you in advance.
We aim to have all apartments ready by 3 pm on your arrival day.
If we know you’re arriving early, we’ll do our best to have your apartment ready sooner.
We also try to allow early or late parking on your arrival or departure day, whenever space allows.
